Are you applying the day cream correctly?

We spend a lot of time thinking of the perfect cream for our face, but for those who don't know this, application of face products in the right manner help improve the efficacy of the product.
Application of the cream in the right manner can help circulate blood and help with a healthy glow on your skin along with keeping the skin youthful.

I call this the 7 dot approach. Apply a dot each to-

1. Right side forehead
2. Left side forehead
3. Right Cheek
4. Left Cheek
5. Nose
6. Chin
7. Neck

Spread the dots in an upward and outward motion. Once you have massaged the cream, assess your skin and apply a dot to the part that left out.
