Depending on your location, your order should arrive in 3-4 business days from the time that we process your order using Ground shipping. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

Orders cannot be changed once placed online. However, you may return orders for a refund or place cancellation.

Perenne are particularly recommended during pregnancy. When pregnant your skin becomes more sensitive and your sense of smell can be stronger, so look for products with no artificial perfumes or harsh chemicals.

No alcohol is used in Perenne skincare products.

We do offer international shipping, courier charges are applicable. For actual shipping fee please check rates at checkout.

Generally, we don’t have any shipping charges on domestic orders, however, during promotions we might charge a nominal shipping fee on all orders. Shipping charges are applicable on International orders.
