Payment, Delivery & Returns
1. Return/Exchange

For any claim- For any claim , parcel opening video is required (mandatory). If parcel opening video is not available, no complaint can be registered.

1. Once your correct order has been delivered, there is no refund / return / replacement or exchange policy against your correct delivered order.

However, if product is damaged or defective then replacement can be place with in 24 hours of delivery. (parcel opening video is mandatory for any claim)

2. Our products are non-returnable after delivery due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.


Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Perenne Cosmetics.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Please note that Natural Ingredients can react to some people, hence always do a patch test before using any product (patch test procedure is mentioned on the box of each item) as refunds due to skin sensitivity will not be entertained. Please read the ingredients and the skin type recommendation before buying the products if you still have confusion we are always available on WhatsApp and call for tele consultation
Shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-10 business days.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.


All claims for cancellation must be reported to customer service(9643963434/ 8860226469 or info@perennecosmetics.com ) within 24 hours of placing order.

2. Refunds

The amount refunded will be credited to your Perenne Glow miles and can be used within 1 year We DO NOT provide any cash refunds.

3. Cancellation: * We have a standard cancellation policy of 24 hours or before the product is dispatched- agreed with this. But notify the same via email.

Cash On Delivery
EMI facility (Only for ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra and IndusInd Bank Credit Cards)
A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updates may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.

Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the bank's applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Our products are liable for VAT in India.

Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provider who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

Out of Stock Situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However in case, the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Delivery of products
Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5 to 8 business days for metro cities and 8 to 12 business days for non-metros from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am - 7 pm Monday - Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

Return/ Cancellation
At Perenne Cosmetics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible.

We will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced (not purchased at any discounts/ sales), unopened (seal should NOT be broken) merchandise that is returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact us and return the products to our address. If you want the brand to arrange a pickup, postage will be charged at Rs. 99/- as a return pickup charge.

However, considering that opened, used or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold and delivered.

PLEASE NOTE : ONCE THE SEAL IS BROKEN IT CANNOT BE RESOLD DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS HENCE CANNOT BE RETURNED

Perenne Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
